Damn, you and Cautiously Hopeful are traveling demons. Wish I could travel but a little fearful of being away from the bathroom plus eating could be a challenge since it could set off an episode of diarrhea.

Good morning everybody!
Congratulations QJB on your new job! So many famous musicians from Berklee. The Cars are the first that came to mind for me, but that?s just age and geography. Slam that 403(b).
I got to Orlando at about 5:30 yesterday evening. The temperature was high 50?s, so very nice in the middle of Chicago winter. I believe that we have an outdoor event tonight.
I used to be a speaker at all of these events, but those days are in the past. I had lamb chops for dinner and a nice low blood sugar reading to show for it this morning. Hoping to keep that up. Also, I need to get to the gym this afternoon.
QOTD: Super Bowl weekend we are going to Las Vegas to see U2 at the Sphere. It is a real quick trip: fly out, dinner at Nobu, concert, brunch at Giada, fly home. Later this month we are going to San Diego. We are staying in a grand old hotel by the sea and are renting electric boats to putter around Coranado with Lisa and Roger. It actually sounds quite a lot like the Gilligan's Island theme song.
Breakfast: Ham and Eggs
Lunch: chicken
Dinner: seafood
Have a great day, all!

Was he nice?

He definitely wasn't chatty. Not mean, but not interested in being recognized at the deli.
Members of Aerosmith, on the other hand, were also on the block all the time. They didn't live there, but I don't think a week went by when they were not spotted on the street out front of our house. They would always stop and chat and take pics with everyone. It was a scene.

Good morning ~ Congratulations JB, how exciting!! It sounds like a wonderful and creative place for you! Cats are so judgmental and passive aggressive, it's hilarious. I had a great day yesterday, got all the things done so just need to wrap up my month end today and we are golden. I hate that Feb is a short month, but thankful for day 29 this year. Not much else going on here. Rinse and repeat.
QOTD - We have a fun, local getaway next month and we are planning a little trip to Mexico for our anniversary but I'm waiting on my work travel schedule to book.
Accountability - perfect and the whoosh gods blessed me this morning - 186.5. Maybe yesterdays 189.1 was fluke? I was definitely retaining but I'm still well hydrated, so hopefully back at center. No exercise this morning since I have a walk planned with a friend at lunch today. If that doesn't happen due to rain, I'll make something happen tonight, yoga sounds nice.

Yay for the scale! It honestly has never occurred to me to add toppings to the RGF dishes....that's next level.

Sometimes the enchiladas just look small and sad to me. This bumps it up to fancy!
