You know your back is improving when you go from the scream in agony, to the yell, to the whimper to the oof. Here's to getting to ooof as soon as possible!

Omg you get it! I'm currently at whimper with the occasional blasphemous outburst. I'm icing for the next hour or so and tonight I'll sleep with the heating bad again. I'm telling you, I have to lay on my side and drape it over but it's very nice and cozy, especially when the room is cool!

Im glad Rog is on the mend and being a good patient!

KEEP WORKING ON THAT BACK. Hope you feel a lot better soon. Maybe go out for DH's birthday or order in instead of putting more pressure on your back. Have a nice weekend.

G'morning all!

Jen, thanks for getting us started, with all your travels and busy work schedule. It's finally Fri-yay and the coffee is off the chart

For the people who like protein pudding I think I found the perfect combo: cafe latte premier protein, cheesecake pudding powder, instant cold brew coffee. The pudding is out of this world.

Due to recent rains I haven't been able to go to the forest (too muddy) and have been doing the neighborhood route. Couple of mornings ago, I saw these two coming towards me.

First they stop, and check me out.

Then they keep running towards me.

Next, when they are really close to me they veer on the neighbor's yard.

Last, they run away as in "bye Felicia, you aren't cool enough to hang with us!"

QOD: I always have some pop of color. I might wear all dark but then wild leopard shoes. I usually have my top in a color other than black/navy/grey/brown, it depends on the suit.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • TJ kebabs
  • Protein pudding, fage yogurt w/Lilly's sf choc chips
  • Chicken skewers
  • Cal: 970 Protein: 124 Water: not enough
  • E: 5 miles wog Steps:14,853

Happy Fri-yay!

Those photos are pretty common in these parts. I have 2 doe that Rudy and I run into every evening around 6. It is still very cool to see animals in the wild. Currently we have a fox den in the back yard, and we are waiting for her to have her babies. Should be any time soon. I hope I can get a picture to share when it happens.
