Good morning ~ I'm missing your meme this morning! Sounds like you are all set for your interview/s and good luck today! Yesterday was a long day of interviews and it's always eye opening. It's hard watching people struggle who are great on paper and in their current role but can't articulate well due to nerves. Anyway I have part of my team picked out, yay! We just need to make the offers and move on to the other set of interviews. Today my only goal is getting organized, it's been a busy month and I'm in deep. Otherwise, A pedi after work and a relaxing evening sound like gold.

QOTD - Wild Horse. Beautiful and running free across the plains or on the beach. I crave freedom and dream of running away from adulting, every - damn - day.

Accountability - switched out my dinner, but great - 187.4 again today.

B- coffee x 4, chobani zero

l - ham and cheese sandwich on keto bread, tomatoes

d- teriyaki chicken and edamame - I've had this on my menu so many times and still haven't made it

s - 40 cal bag mini cheese balls

Good morning, everybody!

We got a little snow last night and between the snow and cloud cover, it's perfect for sleeping. 6:30 this morning and it was so dark in the house that it felt like 2:00 Am. I had to drag myself out of bed because I need to be in the office today. Speaking of which, yesterday's in person meetings were cancelled, which everybody knew was going to happen. But not until we all got dressed up and headed into the city.

We had all four couples on Happy Hour last night which was great. Even better, we didn't have the echoes going on that we had last week. I still think that somebody had their phone turned on next to their computer. But nobody will own up to that. We didn't end up having the Raclette. I'm not sure why. Sometimes, I think its better to not ask those questions, so I will just enjoy it one other night this week.

Mike D. - Chicago Fire is back on if you did not catch it last night.

QOTD: My initial thought was that I don't want to be anything with a lot of predators, so I was thinking Hippo. Hang out in a mud bath all day, and not much can take you down. But GracielaSusana's porpoise was a great answer. And then I was thinking Manatee. But I liked Amy's horse answer also. Kind of like a land dolphin. I guess that I will go with Manatee.

Breakfast: Protein Bar

Lunch: sandwich

Dinner: Pot Roast

Have a great day, all!

My brother used to go around with little cards made in his wallet for people who park bad, especially in Italy's because parking spots are small and tight and you have to be a master at parking. The card said...dang, never mind, it might be too risqué for this group.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,

I am glad you are getting this interview under your belt. This means you will be interacting with someone besides Grim today. The weather has kept most people isolated and I am getting cabin fever. I really don't mind coming to work just to see other people than Ron. Ron is feeling better today, and I am still testing negative for the Vid. He will be out of quarantine on Sunday so we will go out to brunch with friends as long as I stay negative.

I need to make 50 cookies for a Hot Chocolate Social for the nonprofit (neighbor to neighbor) we support. I plan on doing Crumble knock offs. Probably 25 Ultimate peanut butter and 25 chocolate chips. I am not the only one making cookies so 50 should be plenty. I still have cookies in the freezer from Christmas, but Ron said no he wants fresh. What the hell. Grrr.

We only have one full-service gas station in our community. My brother usually fills moms gas tank, but it is a great option for the older generation. I can't see my 85-year-old mom pumping gas. Let alone in these temperatures.

QOTD: Ceaser was the dog I bought my dad when he was diagnosed with cancer. Everybody wanted to be that dog. He ate what we ate so he had lobster steak anything he desired. We nick named him OJ because he was black and got away with murder. They also took him on vacation, and he was able to go to the beach a few times in his life. But if not, domesticated animal I have 2. A sloth because I would love to have a lazy day or a Sea lion because I love the water and I want to stay looking cute.

Accountability: Food wise I was on track. Exercise not so much.

TSS: 6 years 1-months 7-days 162.2 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato creamer

MS: L&F Toasted Marshmallow Greek yogurt, Strawberries (yeah, they are back) and blueberries.

CB: Coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato creamer

L: The last of crockpot pizza and snack select

D: cheeseburger no bun and cauliflower

Exercise: dog walk since it will be 30° and maybe some treadmill.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

I have had a run in with a Capuchin Monkey in my lifetime. They love to wreak havoc. At my friends B&B in Costa Rica they actually do pest control to keep them away.
