My email was hacked for the old account. Also had an emotionally draining day and wasn't thinking completely sanely. Instead of doing the smart thing I just jumped the gun.

no work out for me today, I?m just going to walk over to the coffee shop and come back. Wry chill. Have to be on the bus to the office at 715 and I have one meeting from 630 to 7. Retirement dinner for a colleague tonight.

I didn't know MA also had full service gas - I thought it was just NJ. Id certainly pay a little more per gallon to have someone do it for me! The gas handle is grody and also when the weather is extreme...that would be a nice treat!

Well yesterday was not my day. Not only did I have the worlds most expensive mammogram but then I threw my back out. I'm in pain and SO uncomfortable. Sitting, standing, laying down...it all sucks. I found some pain meds from 2015 but they don't really take the edge off. So, suffer I will, until I can get down on the floor and do the core strengthening and hip alignment excercises I learned in PT many moons ago.

With my back, I wasn't able to cook so dinner was a small bowl of cream of wheat. Todays guesses:

eggs with havarti

maybe impossible nuggets?

if I'm up for it I'll cook the ground turkey tacos

There aren't a lot of full service gas stations, but I can think of 3 in our town. They'll even check your oil, wash the windshield, etc, while the gas fills. Older people especially really seem to love the convenience.

Does your insurance not cover mammograms? That is crazy you had to pay anything for one.

I'm sorry you pulled your back hopefully it corrects its self quickly.

It seems like they put it in as a "diagnostic" instead of "preventative"...I need to call Aetna but with today's back pain I wasn't up for fighting with someone :)

My back is slightly improving (I stood all day) so that's good news. Thanks for the good wishes!

Also, side note, I promise I am not ignoring your question of how the duck was cooked. My friend is promising to tell me but hasn't come through yet! As soon as i find out, I will come share the recipe!

So sorry that you're dealing with lots of pain and uncomfortability. Hope your back starts to feel better.
