Good Morning Queen JB and Meneuers

You did nail those Macaroons. Perfect little feet and beautiful in color. Now you said you had a few but what do you do with the rest of them. I know Ron would plow through them at my house, but you and Grimm can only taste so many before you are both running to the bathroom. Do you have neighbors you can pawn them off on?

Well, a bit depressing here in Pittsburgh today. The Steelers did not win last night, and we woke up to about 4" of snow and 15°. The weather is not going to get batter anytime soon. I need to start planning my menu for a brunch I am hosting on Sunday. Only 6 people so it shouldn't be too bad, but I am thinking some kind of French toast bake and a crustless quiche. I also have homemade bacon and sausage. I was going to go with Mimosa's and Bloody Mary's, but my guests are leaving to the airport and heading back to Florida I'm not sure they will want ****tails.

QOTD: I am at a loss. Maybe the Pearsons from This is Us? Then I can stay in Pittsburgh.

Accountability: I did my gym workout but think the scalloped potatoes are too many carbs for a late dinner.

TSS: 6 years 1-months 5-days 163.4 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato creamer

MS: L&F Creme Brulee Greek yogurt, blueberries.

CB: Coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato creamer

L: crockpot pizza and snack select

D: Scalloped potatoes with a cream black gallic sauce and inside out stuffed cabbage.

Exercise: We will see

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

I used to make an overnight blueberry French toast bake, it was so good and so easy. I don't have the recipe anymore but I'm sure there are some on the net!

Good morning! 47 and sunny here! I'm ready to take on the day. I get an A+ for yesterday in every category. And my hairdresser came and I got blonde again and Rog, I and the grands all got hair cuts. She was thrilled to pick up 4 jobs out of 1. I love having her come to the house. I hate getting my hair done and the salon just makes me more anxious.

Today I must go grocery shopping. How do I go from "I can't barely get the fridge and freezer doors to close" to Hello, ello, llo, loooo in there"? I pulled dinner together last night by digging out leftover portions from the freezer. I had no desire to bake up the ham last night. Zero. I was a hot second away from going for tacos but pulled myself back from the edge just in time. Yoga is done for today, so my 30 minutes of intentional exercise is checked off. Now I'll just try to concentrate on getting in steps throughout the day. Last night saw me at past the 9000 step mark, so I was back to running in place throughout every commercial break so that I could nail that 10K.

QoTD: Yikes. I don't know. I can remember back to when I wanted to be in the Huxtable family. Pretty glad that didn't work out for me.

Today for bites.

B: piece of protein bread with an egg on top

L: splitting chicken fajitas and beans, no tortillas,

D: Not sure, but I have a new TJ shortcut I might try if I can find the correct ingredients while shopping. These IG reels are wiping out supplies!

Peace Everybody!

Good morning ya'll!!

I was going to have my parents over this afternoon for coffee but, it's pouring down rain right now. And it's supposed to turn off cold (be in the mid-twenties tonight). I don't want my parents out in this mess. So, will put it off to another day. Gotta feed my sourdough starter and do the laundry. Supper tonight is gonna be comfort food. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and coffee.
It's a great day to be alive.

G'morning all!

QJB - those macarons look so yummy! Great job.

Am I the only one who thinks of her body as a different entity? Let me explain: I think there are these little people, minions if you will, in my body that when I am following a diet and exercising they all get into gear. There is a main minion (project manager) who calls a meeting and tells all the minions in charge of different body parts Sheila is back on a diet and exercising. Let's all do our job and give her a good drop in weight so she stays motivated and keeps on doing what she is doing. On the other hand I feel like I have a bunch of old men who are sitting around smoking cigars and the second I start exercising they all grumble here she goes again, we thought we were done with all that nonsense low carb and exercising. They also walk around with these fat balls that they are not giving up. Well, last week the old men won. I lost a total of 0.8 lb. But I'm hoping my minions will rally and give me a good loss next week.

QOD: I wanna be the side kick of Pedro Pascal, no matter what he does. Last of us or Mandalorian.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • Starbucks egg bites (bought at Costco)
  • Fage yogurt w/Raspberries, iced coffee w/PP, Barebells bar
  • Crab ceviche w/Quest protein chips
  • Cal: 996 Protein: 114 Water: 60 oz
  • E: 5 miles slow wog Steps:11,938

Happy Taco Tue!
