Good morning all and Happy Christmas Weekend,

I'm looking forward to seeing all the holiday photos posted here in the next week. I love that everyone is in the holiday spirit around town.

I accomplished my goal. I played pool yesterday afternoon for the first time in 5+ years and had a great time. Kim is so important to me for the last 25 years. I'm glad she was able to share this momentous occasion. I played an hour and a half, actually remembered strategy, how to play, and wasn't as rusty as I thought I would be. I listened to my body and stopped when it got physically difficult instead of powering through. Another highlight of the evening was when we settled the bill and the smart, beautiful Irish bartender gave me her number out of the blue.

QOTD- Secret Santa was so generous this year. My stocking was stuffed with the most perfect things. I received a gratefulness journal, truffle oil, and truffle salt. This morning, I made eggs with oyster shrooms, trumpet shrooms, and the wonderful truffle salt. Since I have to fathom a guess, I will go with Sheila H. Whoever it is, you knocked it out of the park and I'm so grateful.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I am having the worst morning I have had in forever. First, I was carrying in my crockpot for the Potluck, and we need to use a fob to get in the building. I must have tiled the pot too much and my wool sweater was covered in white sauce. Then I finally get it wiped off and sit down to check up menu thread and I was not paying attention a grabbed my coffee I never put the lid on, so it spilled on my wool sweater and my jeans. Dear lord this poor sweater is taking a beating this morning.

So, I was watching I heart Jingle Ball last night and Cher was on. Wow I thought looks pretty good for 77. Then I looked up Dolly because I wanted to know the age difference since they both look great. Dolly born in January Cher born in May. I don't know why it surprised me they were the same age.
