Good morning Jb and menu friends. Have had an extremely busy couple of weeks. At the end of last week my boss let me know that there were organizational changes coming and she would be named COO. It was announced on Tuesday. The Owner is now taking a more hands on approach and asked the CEO and President to step aside. All the right things are being said and as I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I trust and respect my boss. Changes are coming my way as well as we integrate new equipment and operating systems during the first quarter of 2024. ( everything happens for a reason, I knew not to entertain the job offer).
JB - I have been craving Chinese Food....I am going to pull the trigger soon!

I am down 20 lbs in 12 weeks....started at 222.8 and am sitting at 202.8. Anxious for my f/u appointment on 01/05.

What kind of dog is your Chloe. I have a miniature goldendoodle (he is more white than golden). so, I always think that dogs that resemble him are the same breed.

Good morning all and Happy tiny little Fri-yay,
Another busy day ahead with little down time until the end of the evening. My highlight of the day will be meeting up with a really close college friend, Kim, for Billiards. I love pool but haven't been able to play for years. It's one of the things that I've been looking forward to doing again and used for motivation when I had mobility issues. I'm hoping to hustle Kim for dinner and surprise her by picking up the check at the end.
QOTD- Tons for someone living alone. I do a lot of opportunistic buying. I'll stock up on energy drinks, protein shakes, water, etc. when the prices hover around the bottom of recent history. I'll buy cases of TP, Paper, towels, Kleenex when they're dirty cheap, usually at Costco. When my mom or sister needs anything, I bring them a couple months' worth of household goods. I also have a storage closet in my office. When I haven't met my monthly income goal, I usually turn to my cases of Tide pods, kitchen storage bags, and other items for quick profit in local forums. It helps fill in the gaps.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, pineapple.
L: Salad with rotisserie chicken.
D: Dinner somewhere with vegetarian or vegan options for my friend. I had no clue vegetarian or vegan food could be delicious until after WLS.
