QOTD- I used to but find it is only so they have your contact information.
I'm still trying to get everything on my new phone. I had to add the My Chart and find all of my logins and change the passwords. What a pain. This is why I've held onto my phone for so long. Eventually I will get it all done.
The house across the street sold and the new neighbors are moving in. It's my entertainment for the day.

QJB-sorry about your knee. I am sure that all the prep work you are doing with standing aggravates it. Have fun with your last 2 classes.
Nothing new to report. Same PT, beginner yoga, and walking for exercise. I am eating the same foods as yesterday trying to keep away from the potty. Yesterday was a good day. Today the same.
