It's wood, no gas. I would love a gas one, on and off, easy peasy! I would miss the burning wood smell though.

Mornin' All!
it's supposed to be 50-ish again today with no rain and very little wind, so I might go biking again (went yesterday - I'll wear my biking gloves if I go today because my hands were cold yesterday!). I'm not sure what muscles you use for biking that you don't also use for squats (I usually do squats while I'm brushing my teeth), but I could really feel it yesterday. It's obvious I hadn't been biking in a while!
other than that, I need to make biscotti today for two cookie events tomorrow, and I need to read a book for my book discussion group that meets on Monday. If the weather cooperates on Sunday, I'll be meeting a friend from Dekalb, IL in Rockford (also IL) for some Norwegian festival. She and I were neighbors back in the mid-1960s and found each other again five or six years ago (on Facebook). We've gotten together a handful of times since then.
QOTD: I've entered a handful but usually don't. I always assume I won't win but will be put on their email or texting lists.
B: plain skyr with cranberry sauce
MS: protein shake or protein muffin
L: Danish bread and some kind of protein
AS: whatever I don't eat for MS, I'll have for AS
D: ?? maybe the half veggie burger that I thought I'd have yesterday but didn't...

It might not be which muscles but more the extent of use, you bike some significant distances so longer and more intense than the squat sessions?

Good Morning! Fri-yay! I hope the two classes this weekend go well and I'm sure everyone will have great cookies when they leave. I agree, let that knee rest next week. I have a hair appt tomorrow (just a trim) but not too much else planned.

QOTD- I threw my hat in for the second to last OH PP giveaway. And I did win a BlendJet at the OH conference for using my tickets. But, no. I'm a bit allergic to having to enter my personal information for things. Even when they promise not to use it, somehow there's an influx of spam right after. Go figure.
Second of two office things today and a quarterly offsite. I just picked up jalapeño sausage rolls (no relation to the burger recently spoken about) and a variety of pastries. For me, a nekkid roll and black tea. Yogurt and boiled eggs later...maybe some baked fish or tuna on sourdough.
I'm a bit energized by communications with a connection I made last week. I've been unexpectedly social this week.
