I had never heard of Tiffany, but that plate is pretty close to what I would eat the first year after surgery. Cottage cheese, EBB, pickles, mustard, bratwurst. I'm not surprised she is slamming weight off.

I think she lost like 80 pounds. It's high protein/low cal- how bad can that be?

what is your standard chipotle order? Oddly enough...I have been craving it but havent eaten there in years and has never been my go to...but wanna scratch that itch

My go to is the burrito bowl. I get 2x steak, black beans, fajita veggies and fresh tomato salsa. It's 470 cals and 52 g protein but that is for 2 meals. So 235 cals and 26 g protein per meal. I don't get lettuce because I want to reheat on day 2. I've tried other combo's but this is the one I prefer - it is so damn good!

They have a calorie calculator on the order app you can play with and there are further macro nutritional breakdowns on there somewhere as well. MFP has the individual 'chipotle steak only' 'chipotle black beans only' where you can select all your ingredients and create a recipe - just make sure the calories for each item match the app.
