What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,
It's a old school, too cool for school, hip hop happening morning. I just left an informational interview coffee meeting and it was the first employment related activity in a while. It feels good to start to shift into that mindset. I've blasting music with a frantic pace and it has me revved up for the rest of the day.
I had a really nice Hanukkah dinner with my mom and sis last night. The dinner was so much more pleasant at my sister's apartment instead of my mom's place in the burbs.
QOTD- Tough QOTD. I may have to pick Costco. I love perusing the aisles. It may sound dirty but I like looking at their meat and seafood. I can deal with the check out chaos since I go at off hours. Speaking of horrible check out lines, I do love me some IKEA but those check out lines are brutal at my location.
Accountability- 1/4 latkes, few slices of Hasselback potato, noodle kugel, 1/4 sufinyot, two pieces of rugelah.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Leftover ham.
D: feta, min****ermelon salad. Breadless BLT, carrots.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Helllooooo fine peeps! I am sleeping so soundly here at my parents - it's like my body can relax because someone is taking care of me haha!
Today is a moderately busy work day and I will try to pop over to the doc park where my moms go religiously from 4-5 pm every single day it's not raining - they have a whole crew of friends who help immensely when I'm not here!
B: hard boiled eggs mashed with cottage cheese and EBTB seasoning.
L: a leftover salmon patty- they are so delicious!
D: my moms are having their gal pals over for Chinese delivery. I'll pick some random chicken and shrimp to eat, maybe an egg roll. Maybe a soup? I'll make good choices.
Have a wonderful day, all!
Emily, I just pushed the report button instead of like. I think that I fixed it but My apologies if not.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
14 days do you believe it is that close. Yikes. So, my plan to bake went to hell in a handbasket yesterday. DB and DH decided to hit me up for haircuts. DB brought me keftedakia for dinner, so it was worth doing his hair. That is now off my plate. We are also planning on doing the muffin tin Ping-Pong ball game on Christmas day and we have all the gifts done. We just need to get them in the bags and number them. Hoping to get to Aldi at lunch today. I need a few things for baking. Looks like it will be food prep for the next 2 weeks.
QOTD: Macy's. The shoes, the clothes, the perfume, makeup and all the Lenox. I love me some Macy's.
Accountability: Switched keftedakia for burger which are technically the same thing.

Good morning! It's beautifully bright and shiny here, and a crisp 47 degrees. Supposed to get up to 72 today. Yesterday was a good day and I got a lot accomplished. Hosting our guest is a tiny bit stressful, but today is the last day and I am making sure to enjoy her. I have to admit I'm happy she goes to bed at 8 pm though. Gives me some time for me. Also, I spent most of the day making beef stew that came out meh. Not thrilled about that.
Accountability yesterday. 1 See's candy. This was early in the day. Later. I was really angry about happenings last evening, but managed to not drink or eat my feelings.
Today there is nothing planned until apps and wine with the neighbors. They are coming at 5, so I'll spend the late afternoon hours prepping appetizers. Low key and easy and will help us pass the evening. I'm "dressed for success" in work out gear, but I don't see me going over to the gym or doing water aerobics today. I'm just hoping to get in a three mile walk. My knees are bothering me and my ankle still isn't perfect, but I need to keep moving and building back strength. Anything supports everything else, right?
QoTD: Target for sure. But also Williams Sonoma and any kitchen/cooking related store.
Bites today look like
B: chicken breast and cottage cheese
L: leftover pork shoulder roast and TJ's broccoli cauliflower au gratin
D: apps. pepperoni and prosciutto, bites of cheese, bite of quiche, a little hummus and crackers and I'll try a bite of the caramelized onion cheddar pizza with pears and balsamic pizza I'm making for the group. Wine. Will try real hard to limit myself to one glass.
Peace Everybody!

G'morning all!
Late post and run.
We have the furniture people coming today to install some new dressers and shelves we had ordered for our bedroom. They are the same folks that did a great job in our living room so we are copying that blue print. I get more drawers and the shelves will be good for books.
QOD - Williams Sonoma hands down. DH laughs because I don't like cooking but I like cooking gadgets.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Egg bites
- Protein smoothie, Fage yogurt w/almond butter
- Kebab & fage yogurt
- E: 5 mikes walk
