I got an email recently that IKEA is doing away with their 5% off perk for members.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good morning JB and Menu friends. Quick post as we have ISO here today and tomorrow.

We picked up Miss Chloe on Sunday and she has stole our hearts already, what a little lover!

QOTD - We love Ikea, we have to travel just outside of Montreal as that is our closest option. We browse for hours and usually have a meal of Swedish Meatballs while there. We have purchase the frozen meatballs in the past and made them at home, very good!

B - 2 good yogurt and Raspberries

L - Chili

AS - Cukes and Ranch

D - beef burgundy
