Good morning ~ Your pizza cookies are adorable! This time of year is so hard to stick to any plan with all the festivities happening. I am just doing the best I can to enjoy the moments and not beat myself up even though I struggle. Creating and sticking to a long term sustainable food and lifestyle plan is the most important thing right now and for me that is focusing on big flavors and foods I am always craving and making them fit. All or nothing doesn't work for me. I had recently thought that since I am finally losing again that I would start restricting even more for faster results. I stopped myself because that isn't sustainable long term and always backfires - sending me running to the wine, or the cheese puffs and f**k-it-ville. I'm trying so hard to get it right this time.

Today is a short workday - just wrapping up the week and setting myself up for next week is thankfully all. I can't wait to get the weekend going!

QOTD - I switch it up now and then, usually when my hairstylist uses something new/different and I love the smell - that is always what gets me.

Accountability - great - 194.0 day 3

Hydration is so important! I didn't get enough water in for the first couple days of the last work trip and my lips are chapped, my skin is dry and now I'm having to recover. I never learn.

I hear that! My poor skin is so dry already and when my lips chap I know it's bad. I never learn either. There needs to be a support group for people like us.

I think the recommended hydration is 1/2 your body weight. That is what I strive for.

Good measure to use - thank you. Do you all count coffee? I've heard it all counts and if that is the case add 40oz to my total, but I haven't been doing that.

My GP said if you are drinking over 80oz a day in water, you can add the coffee to your hydration total but if you're drinking less it's a subtractor - so I drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee and aim for 80 or more in water to get to me right around 100 total.

I do not count coffee I just coun****er an non sugar drinks but i get mine by mostly water.
