Good morning ~ Sending all the good juju for Grims surgery today! About a week ago, I went to Walmart and on the blaring speaker was that song Complicated by Avril whats her name. I cannot get it out my head, it's stuck like a sad skipping record, help me... I got up this morning and got right on my gorgeous, clean treadmill (after removing many layers of garage dust and grime last weekend). I did the Comedy Walk in Salt Lake City - not bad, not great. It's comedians walking and talking. The incline part kicked my ass, my left cheek was actually screaming, lol. Not happy about the 25 minute walk and apple fitness giving me only 2 active minutes - what? I don't get it. I may go back using 'open goal' so all activity is just measured in minutes. I wonder if it's my new watch band? It's more fashion that function. I'm glad I am sticking to my commitment and looking forward to tomorrow's workout already - Rogue bands.

Today, I meet the girlfriend. From what DS says, she is very nervous to meet me, good! And also, awww and stop it.

QOTD - There is no place I could wander around for hours - none. I'm an in and out kind of person. A quick once over is all I can do. I can walk through and end cap/display browse - that is my max. I can't go into discount stores that aren't organized like TJ Max, Marshalls, Home goods, Ross... I don't have the patience to look through the racks or isles of random things. I wish I could because I know people score great deals there.

Accountability - great, 195 day 2

b- coffee x4, cottage cheese

l - Out with DS and GF - chicken popper slider/lettuce wrapped and spinach salad

D- Last day of leftovers - turkey and broc/cauli gratin casserole w/parm

E - 25 minute treadmill

v/w - on track on reminder - what would I do with out reminders?

Have a great day!!

If it's like the Fitbit and uses your heart rate to determine your credit, too loose a band could be the culprit!

Fitbit doesn't record my steps when I'm in the a grocery store pushing a cart. So weird. Although common - I know people who push the cart with one hand (the non-Fitbited one) so those steps are recorded!

The German word for what you have going on with "Complicated" is...ear worm. Isn't that the best? I love German literal words.

The stores you dislike are my favorite in the world! But I get it, you have to be willing to browse!

Ear worm is a perfect way to describe this!

The gf should be nervous! That's a good sign.
