Good Morning! It is crazy that this is the last week of November. I hope you and Grim have a great lil getaway. My weekend was pretty quiet but I was able to get a pedicure with Em yesterday. I have a few meetings today and we are celebrating one of the team members birthday today so it'll probably be a quick day.

G'morning all!

QJB - have an absolute fab time in Boston. I love these mini getaways.

Thanksgiving went by too fast, in other words kids coming and leaving went too fast. DS left yesterday afternoon, and DD left early this morning for an 8:00 am flight. On the way back home from the airport I told DH I can never get used to these goodbyes at the airport, I am always down for a couple of days. But the positive thing is that we will see them in about 3 weeks again. We had a lovely time with the kids and I can't be more grateful.

Accountability: not much food but lots and lots of desserts were consumed on the long weekend.

QOD - since the shoulder surgery the dang shoulder wakes me up when I roll over. I look silly in the morning because I can sleep only on one side, so my curls are all squished on one side of the head while on the other side they are wild. I look like one of those cartoon characters that has been hit with a frying pan on one side of the head.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee & banana bread
  • Mexican scramble and country potatoes
  • Pumpkin cookies
  • Built bar, soft pretzel
  • E: nope

Happy start of the week!

Good morning JB and Menu Friends. Enjoy your night away!!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. We hosted Thanksgiving, Turkey and Ham. Timing for the food was right on target, niece and nephew were both great and was a very relaxing vibe.

I managed to lose .4 lbs since last week. Wow!

QOTD - The boys went out on Friday evening, we did not hear them come home, but were woke at 3 am by the youngest giving the older one crap about being too loud. He was giving him the business, I got up...listened, the older one says well I am going to move into the spare room downstairs...( right below our room)...I said that is not happening and time for both to go to bed!!! They got up in the morning and were still at it...I had to remind the older guy that we all get up much earlier than he does as his work day does not start until 10 am.

B- yogurt, raspberries and blackberries

L - ham salad

D i pork chops and asparagus

Good morning all and Happy Monday,

It was a decent weekend. Overall, it was pretty relaxing. I am in the middle of some deep existential thinking currently. I plan to create world peace and take over the world in one fell swoop.

QOTD - My rude awakening would be after Thanksgiving dinner. I fell asleep after dinner and was woken up by my mom's dog urinating on my bare foot.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt.

L: Steak tacos.

D: Steak & veggies.

accountability: I ate a horchata almond candy bar from a confectionary. It was worth it.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Wish I could say I relaxed and vegged this weekend. Mine started with me taking down all the fall decorations, doing a little shopping, getting the Birria taco's Amy has been mentioning, and doing a pub crawl. I was kind of forced to relax yesterday considering how much I drank on the pub crawl. Then I just needed to eat yesterday to soak up all the sin in me, so we went to an Asian place, and I had Sushi and dumplings. Today I have my garage Fridge being delivered and 1/2 cow coming sometime today as well. Rudy will be a lucky dog for a while with all the meat coming.

QOTD: I should not go drinking with a bunch of young kids.

Accountability: To many ****tails. I tried to stick to white claws, but the winery had none so the Sangria kind of hit me hard.

SS: 5 years 11-months 15-days 162 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

MS: L&F creme brulee Greek yogurt and berries

CB: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

L: 3 pieces Philly roll Snack select and chicken salad

D: Birria taco and carrots and green beans i need to finish from Thanksgiving leftovers.

Exercise: Dog walking.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great week my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Mmmm, tacos. You are so young at heart I know you fit right in with the wippersnappers and held your own. Sorry for the hangover though, that sucks
