What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
It's the before he gets fed part that I find funniest. He walks around for ten minutes, rubbing against your legs, being incredibly lovey-dovey. But it's all about the food.

I'd prefer that to what one of mine does (my one with a weight problem). He'll do anything to annoy me when he wants me to feed him. Knock things off the table, chew on the blinds, jump up on the counter and start gnawing on anything he can find there (like the bags that fruit comes in). Unfortunately, I think DH caves to it, so now he (the cat) doesn't stop until he's fed. ARRRGGH. Sometimes I just go in another room and close the door. Or put THE CAT in another room and close the door...

That's our other cat. He doesn't care about food, thankfully, but when he wants you to do something, he is just a total asshole. When I don't jump out of bed fast enough in the morning, he opens my nail polish drawer and starts banging them around until I can't ignore it any longer.

Good morning ~ I don't blame you one bit over not wanting to empty the dishwasher. That is my least favorite job (that and mopping) and thankfully, Rob takes care of that! We had a lovely day at my brothers house. There were 14 of us and it was perfect. I had too many bites of all the intriguing things on too many crackers. I finally tried the TJ's lemon ricotta, it takes like lemon cheesecake which is weird when you are expecting salty cheese! I liked it. I ended up drinking a few glasses of wine which stopped my snacking and really chilled my dinner eating - go figure. I had a wonderful time with everyone, but especially hanging out with my SIL's dad and uncle. The are in their late 80's and had silly dad jokes for days. It made me miss my dad so much but it was pure joy
Today is our little turkey day. We have a small double breast roast and will make small sides of the trimmings. We'll live on this most of the weekend. I can't wait for the turkey sandwich on sourdough bread tomorrow.
QOTD - Hell no! I am so thankful for the internet.
Accountability - I had all the tastes plus a few glasses of wine. Hard to really tell how much I drank when the glass was being topped off regularly though I was buzzed for sure. I was scared to weigh in today but...196.9! That is 196 day 4 - I can't believe it. I will be extra careful the rest of the weekend.
B- coffee x 4 skipping planned meal because cooking and will be tasting plenty
l/d - Turkey, gravy and little bites of the sides
Have a wonderful day!

I love the TJs lemon ricotta. It freezes well so I buy all I can see when it's there for 5 minutes, lol

Good morning, everybody!
My face is a shade lighter today, but the skin also feels tight, so I suspect that I am going to start peeling today or tomorrow. Somebody asked me yesterday if I had been on vacation. Nope, just dermatology.
We had a nice Thanksgiving. Cinnamon rolls (Cinnamon and tomorrow in successive paragraphs, I'm going to throw in a "Wednesday" and a "beginning" just to hit all my spelling nightmares) for breakfast, Thanksgiving workout at Crossfit, ate all of the things, watched some football and Dolly, played a game with the kids. I just relied on restriction and didn't try to do any sort of accounting for calories.
After the gym today we are going into Chicago for Christkindlmarket. I guess that technically would be Black Friday shopping, but I doubt we will buy anything other than food to consume on site. My older son wants to watch Band of Brothers, so we may start that tonight.

QOTD: I did not personally, but Marilyn's Mom used to do it when she was out visiting us and I do think that i ended up profiting from her efforts.
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Not sure
Dinner: Turkey et. al.
Have a great day, all!
