Definitely the parade. I have never been to New York City and the cold would be a welcome break from the heat. A football game here would be hot, it is still summer here.

i need to leave in a few minutes to go to the dentist for measuring for the cap to go on my implant. I did not realize it was such a process, but I had no choice as a bridge would not work for me. After that a quick run to Costco. And in the afternoon an appointment with orthopedic NP.

Food is totally unplanned. I will get a rotisserie chicken and some macroni and cheese. I have 2 dogs that I am sitting for plus mine. One of them is a 5 month old puppy and is constantly busy and keeps me that way!

Have a good day everyone!

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,

It's like Thursday already with this Thanksgiving week. Gobble gobble.

I am ready for some festive family time.

QOTD- Football Rivalry hands down. It's too bad that Chicago doesn't have a football team to rival any high school team let along NFL. The parade looks like an amazing experience. I am assuming it's similar to the NYE countdown where everyone gets there 12 hours early and there are no bathrooms. That part doesn't appeal to me despite the payoff.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: pulled pork, greens.

D: ? I'll pick something up at the Jewels this afternoon.

God Morning Queen JB and Meneuers,

Wow that Meme reminds me of many holiday dinners as a child, and that is not even showing the kid's table. Glad there is an ending in sight for the cookie baking. Well at least for the classes. I am sure you have tons of orders to fill now. Try to take some time to rest that knee and ice it the best you can.

I had nothing to do last night. I took the dog for a nice walk and watched TV last night. I did hold off dinner as late as I could so I would not snack and it did seem to work, I am trying to up my water intake too. I am around 90 when I work out, but since I have not done a real workout, I do not add zero Gatorade. I need to be doing at lease 80oz if I am not exercising. So I am going to be conscious of that today.

Pittsburgh Steelers fired Matt Canada today. That is huge Pittsburgh news.

QOTD: Hands Down Parade. I always wanted to go. I do get to watch it at home (my TV is 85" so it is kinda like being there) and my brother usually stops by, and we watch as we get the meal prepared. I would love to go there. I also would like to go to the Kentucky derby in May sometime as well.

Accountability: A couple pieces of SF Jerky before bed.

TSS: 5 years 11-months 9-days 162 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

MS: L&F pumpkin pie Greek Yogurt, berries

CB: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

D: pork and sauerkraut

Exercise: Dog walking.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Good morning! I am here to report I survived Target, Trader Joe's and Costco yesterday. Of all of them, the Costco parking lot was the worst. It took me 30 minutes to get off the street and into a spot. Breathe, Lisa. Breathe. Once inside, it was not bad. And I may try to run in again as I had texted my daughter a photo of the sticky toffee pudding with a ?? and she didn't reply with a YES PLEASE until I was back in my car and in line to leave the lot. Roger may drive me so he can just circle while I run inside for the one thing. Which I won't be eating. One single serve container of it is a whopping 430 calories. Smaller than a L&F yogurt container. I don't need the calories or the feeling of death it would bring me.

Today I am going to the gym to ride the recumbent bike for at least 30 minutes and then take the aqua fit class. I even picked up a new swim suit from clearance yesterday because my tankini top kept floating up. Made me crazy. Now I own a one piece that keeps the boobs where they belong. (This is a long running issue for me, as I've said before). Then I want to oven bake the bacon we need for this weekend and make the cranberry orange sauce. Which I will probably be the only one that eats. Love it on a little turkey sandwich for leftovers.

QoTD: Parade all day. I seriously tear up every time a live marching band goes by. It makes me so happy.

Menu working on cleaning leftovers out of the fridge!

B: acorn squash and a little rotisserie chicken

L: chicken shawarma, greek yogurt, 25 calorie zero carb tortilla or two.

D: Swedish meatballs on edamame. I punted on this last night and had couscous and chicken instead

Peace Everybody!

Costco sells a single serve container of...anything? Or you end up with 8 puddings at home to send off with family members. That's a crazy parking line!

It's a 6 pack of individual servings. So like 2580 calories in the house if you go on a binge?

QOTD- Football of course, the rivalry game is on this Friday. It used to be called the Civil War but that is not PC any more. They have been playing this game for over 100 years and this will be the last one. Due to the demise of the PAC-12.

Beautiful sunny day today, but it's cold. The sunrise was unbelievable.

I ended up getting a new phone since the battery I replaced will not work on the wireless charger. The plug was also a little funky which is why I started using the wireless charger all the time. I'm not willing to use it until I get the Otter Box for it. It's too slick and easy to drop, I didn't opt for the insurance as it's $25 a month.

I really need to get the new cat door installed, and since it isn't raining I should do it today. I just need to make myself do it.

I've got a ton of work, so I need to get to it.

Have a great day everyone!
