What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning QJB and menuers,
Hope your knee gets a break soon!
QOTD- Neither. Parade if my life depended on it. I'm not a crowd person.
It's raining here, so dog walking consisted of getting them to go in the bushes so there was slightly less water to mop off them. It's supposed to rain all day! Glad I got my holiday driving in. Today I need to go by the bank, which feels weird to say since I haven't been to a physical bran*****lose to 10 years. Will also stop back by Publix for some more last minute ingredients. I used a good chunk of the flour and brown sugar making banana bread for the fam. I don't like it...they said it was good.
Guess we're menu planning today. Ham is part of it because they have one they want to use. I'm not good with making hams besides slapping glaze on it, so we'll see what I can find! Pulling together a few fancy sides and making my mom a pumpkin ginger molasses loaf. It'll be great. One meeting today.
Accountability- small bowl of Tillamook French vanilla ice cream with amarena cherries. Sooooo good.
Menu today is protein bar, ever roast chicken, I'll make cherry blintzes and probably eat one. More chicken, rest of the sushi...probably wild card, too.
Have a wonderful Tuesday, everyone!

I used to make my ham with a mixture of brown sugar and yellow mustard. I just put it in a bowl and make a paste out of it, no measuring but about a cup of the brown sugar. Then I would take a long fork and poke holes all over the ham, but it in a pan and paint the mustard mixture all over it and then bake it according to the package. I would baste periodically with the mixture. They used to come out delicious.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
One day a year I go to the bank to get my admin a Visa gift card for Christmas.

Did not know banks sold gift cards! I went to the pre-line table looking for the right slip and had to be told they were no longer at the tables. Doh. Then found out my bank teller used to be with my former two banks before they were absorbed by my current one. The only checks I have are still the starter checks from 20+ years ago. Feels like a different age. I love depositing checks through the app.
