What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good morning, everybody!
We got some good news on the scheduling front yesterday. One of my son's classes has been approved for the integrated circuits track. Which means that he is currently signed up for classes that will give him: (a) the 129 credits that he needs to graduate in May, (b) all of the requirements for his electrical engineering degree, (c) all of the classes for the integrated circuits specialization, (d) that he will not have to take Thermodynamics as a second semester seiner, and (e) he can minor in computer engineering. Over the last six months, he and Marilyn have really been working the schedule to thread the needle and make this all work.
They still need to resolve the issue with the lab so that I don't have to pay twice for the same course, but that is a much easier fix. Hopefully this is the last time that you guys have to hear about the schedule.
This should be a great weekend. One day of work, Crossfit tonight and tomorrow and then the kids start coming home for Thanksgiving. Saturday we are going to check out this new Indian restaurant in our town, I'm not sure if it is a chain or not. Lots of football and rest.
Photo is a yummy snack we had in Kansas City. We are going to try and recreate this on Wednesday evening. I thought that I had a picture of me and my daughter at the game, I will have to check my phone.
QOTD: I think that I eat a lot more than most of the people on this thread, in general, but late morning and mid-afternoon.
Breakfast: English muffin
Lunch: turkey sandwich
Dinner: Chili (4 days in a row for me is enough)
Have a great weekend everybody!

They aren't stuffed. We could not find this pastry anywhere, so we got this Pepperidge Farm puff pastry instead. It was tapenade.

Good Morning and it's a Fri-yay! Your shirt looks great and I do look forward to seeing a pic of you guys wearing them. I will be making the mashed potatoes on Thursday for our little family. Em works and that is her only mandatory Thanksgiving food item. This weekend I'll have to work a few hours which I'll hopefully be able to do from home and then some relaxing.
QOTD: Actual snack hunger about 3-3:30 but the mindless munching urge hits at about 7pm.
