Good mornin y'all.
Not a lot planned for the day. My mom is starting to put Christmas decorations up...much to my horror. I am so so soooooo not in the mood for it this year. I'm glad it makes her happy but it just doesn't do it for me. She has a tree up on the porch(yes..porch) and it's almost ready for ornaments. I look for the tree in the house to go up by the end of this week. Yay...
I am just not feeling well. Not necessarily sick but not well either. My pain levels were higher than usual yesterday and that just exacerbated my tiredness. My rash, or what I thought was a rash, seems to be turning into eczema or psoriasis patches.
QOTD: I tend to not use any reminders or notifications. The last time I set my alarm was over a year ago and I woke up before it went off.
B: egg stuff, low carb bread slice, turkey lunch meat and cheese. Coffee x 2
the rest is unknown. Dinner will likely be shrimp and cauliflower.

the airport had Christmas Muzak on. Also some of my neighbors just swapped their Halloween lights for Christmas. The lights look great but the music is too early

Good morning ~ Our house is already set to dark/low light so I didn't notice it get dark early last night, that surprise awaits me. It was a nice to drive into work with a little light for a change. Toddler schedule, ha - that must be where my sleep went! I couldn't get to sleep, couldn't stay asleep, out of bed at 3am. Today work is more of the same from yesterday. Nice, busy work that seems to be flowing beautifully.
QOTD - Yes, the apple watch ones to breath and stand. They are annoying really, but they work - I breath and I stand. Or was I already breathing and standing?
Accountability - skipped snacks and switched dinner for different plan friendly leftovers. Otherwise perfect. 202 today. I am SO tempted to cut back on my plan to get to 199. But no, I'm going to stay the course for my sanity and try not to obsess about calories.

Good Morning! I'm glad you were able to get some rest and hope it helps keeps any illnesses at bay. It sounds like you'll have a very busy schedule with all those classes so rest when you can.
QOTD: I also get the reminders from my watch to move, it happens at work when I'm in the middle of something and it does help me realize I should probably stand and get a few steps. I do have alerts set on my calendar items, I am not great at actually reviewing my calendar so I need the reminders.

I will need to make sure that I finish each round in 5 minutes so that I can rest a minute in between. I think that means long, efficient pulls on the rower and going at a measured but unbroken pace on the Burpee Box jump overs. Probably doesn't need to be said but I jump up to the box and step down. Both are RX, but bounding over the entire box is for the kids.
I am going to try and go to the 12:15 class for exactly the reason outlined in QJB's meme.
DD sent Marilyn a Powerpoint Presentation with Taylor Swift looks by era. I guess that Marilyn needs to pick her favorite album and dress according to the style box for that era. I have to figure out what I am going to do while they are in Scotland. I don't think that the boys will be home next summer.
QOTD: Nope, I have enough frustration with the messages I get every time that I try and charge my phone off of my computer. No, I do not want to download my photos.

I DO want to download my photos! I've been trying to get mine into a file forever. Then I transfer them to a memory stick and put them in an envelope (where I keep my will, weird, I know). That way I can keep my phone open for new photos. I date the memory sticks and then if I need an old photo I pull out the envelope. However, my new phone will not ask me for that option and it's making me crazy!
If you can figure out how to offload photos, please let me know. I been trying for 2 years and can only save to cloud and cannot put them on my home computer to upload to USB. Anybody knows the answer please help.
