What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
I hope Grims's pain subsides quickly and he enjoys the pain meds. For you I hope this weekend goes smooth. That is a lot of cookieness going on. Good luck. BTW I agree with the cats.
For me this weekend looks like Mom duty, cooking a bunch of crap, lots of campaigning, and Sunday doing a campaign fund raiser at the local winery. I am donating a basket that has all the ingredients and vessels to make pudding and Jello shots. It is something I would like so I went with it.
QOTD: I say I look like my father but after weight loss others say they can see my mom. My brother and I look a lot alike except for the hair color. He is dark brown and my natural is dish water blonde.
Accountability I took down the last two churros with help from DH. I can no move on with life.

Good morning and happy Friday! Grim, I hope you can find some comfortable positions and easy rest the next few days. Yesterday started out so good. A three mile walk averaging about 15 minute miles. House work. House guests left, laundry, reading, warm sunshine. And then off to the movie. It's very good. Very distressing. You are not going to walk away feeling good about your fellow humans. But we learned so much and then had dinner at a restaurant during which we would come up with questions we had and google them and try to understand the answers. Since we were both into it, it made for excellent dinner conversation and we ended up staying at our table for over two hours. That is not common for us. Food choices were great all day. I had only chicken and cottage cheese and carrots before we left. 3.5 hours of movie and not one bite of anything passed my lips (and only one potty run, right at the very beginning) and then I selected bloody mary shrimp ****tail with andouille sausage. Ate less then half and did indulge in about 10 of Roger's french fries. And then, apparently, I am envious with all the surgery attention Matt and Grim are getting and I missed a step going in the house. I'm sitting here iced up and waiting for my surgeon's office to open to see if they can get me in today. I'm positive it's not broken. Equally positive I ripped something. Daaaaammmmmmit.
QoTD: I used to say I looked like both my parents, but recently when I catch myself in a mirror, I find my Mom staring back at me. The genes are strong in our family. If you selected a photo of my daughter, my sister's daughter and my brother's daughter when each was about 7, you'd think we have triplets.
Menu today is supposed to
B: Chicken and cottage cheese
L: P3 and Quest Cheeze its.
D: chicken thighs, roasted tomatoes, chickpeas and feta
Peace Everybody!
