fortunately, no! I emailed her to remind her I'm a senior auditor and that it was my understanding that we're just supposed to observe the class - not participate in discussions or do the assignments. She wrote back a few hours later and said she verified on my student record that I'm an auditor, but for some reason that didn't transfer over to her class roster. She was a bit baffled by it. She said I can do the assignments if I want to, but it's optional - and she'll be glad to give me feedback if I do, but it's not required and I won't get a grade if I turn any of the assignments in. So...that's fine. I probably won't do any of them. Maybe if it was my only class just for old time's sake, but with three other classes and our two moms, that's probably a big no.

Good morning and happy Wednesday!

I have my workout in, I have gone one time through all my emails and I'm ready to start the meeting day!

qotd - not at this point but in my youth I'm sure coming into a big pile of money would have been great and detrimental. Did you know we've used lotteries to fund various things since the US became a country? Probably before that too! They thought it was a way for people to participate in finding things they wanted without adding additional government debt. One of the reasons Colorado has so much preserved open space is that the money has been used for that since the 80s. I look at it as an opportunity to fund something I support and have a bit of fun with the fantasy of winning. I don't have a gambling problem though!

Good Morning! My baby (hey, don't judge that she's almost 19 she'll always be my baby!) leaves this morning and will be back Monday. I won't see her this morning before I leave since I couldn't take the time off (I'm off next Tuesday and Wednesday for a concert and then again at the end of the month) to drop her off at the airport so I got my big hugs last night before bed. Im glad she gets to go visit a BFF but I'll miss her. It's not a payroll week so I'm working on another project and updating some of our workbooks. I've also got some work "stuff" on my mind that I'm thinking over.

QOTD: When John and I play the "if we won, we'd do this" game we have some solid plans of how we'd make an impact for ourselves and those close to us. That said, we rarely buy a ticket.

I cannot believe she is 19. She should still be 11.

Good morning JB and menu folks. Work has been getting in the way this week. Mounjaro is going well so far. Has eliminated the grazing I had been so guilty of. I sent a note and asked my Dr if I should be taking BG readings and she did not feel it is necessary for me. We will check my A1C in January. I feel pretty good.

My Dad fell out of bed last evening ( 11:30 pm) and Mom called in a panic as she could not get him up. She called back within 5 minutes and they were able to get him on his knees and then she was able to help him get into bed. I had just got in my truck for the drive to their place. They are exactly 22 minutes from our house, probably 15 at that time of night. He is sore this morning, but Ok.

QOTD - I will never win as I do not partake. Joddie is in a Lotto club at work, so plays a couple bucks weekly.I really enjoy my dream lottery home on HGTV if that counts....LOL

B - Two good yogurt and raspberries

L - tuna and zero net carb wrap

D - meatloaf and baked sweet potato

Stay healthy my friends, Mike

I have lot of dreams of what I will buy with the lottery money. I just do not contribute to it.

I would suggest your dad go to ER or a doctor and just get checked out. Falls are pretty scary and glad he was at least able to get back in bed.
