I bought Tylenol with 8 hour relief and it worked really well for me with leg pain this week. I do add a lot of Biofreeze.

Great pics, Mel. What ended up happening with your pain pump? Did they take it out?

They did in early July. Then refused to give me anything...not even a muscle relaxer. I had to beg my neurosurgeon's NP for that.

I did not know the Roman Empire is a thing. I will have to find out more. I learn the most interesting things from QJB. I think about her when I play Best Fiends.

I used to get itching and sometimes hives after eating at restaurants or potlucks. I am allergic to sulpha. Sulpha is used in some foods. Dried fruits and red wine are two that can have it. Years ago they used to spray salad bars with a sulpha spray that could cause itching if you are sensistive to it. I also cannot take sulpha based drugs for a urinary track infection. Sulfa is th best thing to treat that. Most likely you ate something with sulpha and it could be something like the dried cranberries.

Good morning JB and Menu Folks!

Your job search is telling me there is a better opportunity coming. Keep plugging away, you will find the perfect fit and great pictures, the Boston Opera house looks amazing!

I am out of the office today at noon, we are heading about 60 minutes West of where we live to attend an Octoberfest. We rented a slopeside cabin with good friends, we are able to walk to the lodge and tent areas where the festivities will be, 9 hours of live music, fireworks. We are bringing our own food, crock pots of chili and mac and cheese. The weather forecast is sketchy, but we will make the most of it as we always do.

Joddie and I were trying to find a new show to stream and she mentioned that all of her co workers enjoy virgin river. We are 2 seasons into it and I find myself pulling out my phone halfway through an episode...she laughs....

QOTD - I do not, I will have to ask my History teacher son this question.

B - 2 good yogurt and raspberries

L - cauliflower slim pizza

D - we are going out to dinner this evening....

Stay healthy my friends.

Pictures are of our spring project. Removed Carpet from Living room and stairs. Removed Hardwood from Dining room. Installed new stair treads and risers and Bamboo floor in Living and Dining room, new transistion and moldings. Pleased with the job we did!

Yes, with Joddie's Help.

I bought an adjustable stair tread measuring tool. I was not comfortable enough with my tape measure skills...LOL

We took our time and am very happy with the end result.

You did a really nice job. It's impossible to do a good job on those stairs with a tape measure. The stair layout tool is a must.
