Looks like you took a page out of Jens playbook and made the movie, as bad as it was, into a good time. Hope the popcorn had the right amount of salt and butter. So sad to hear about your dad. It is just sad how someone is always out to get you now a days.
Tomorrow we're having a potluck, so I am making my fall classic Oktoberfest. It has potatoes smoked sausage pees and a bechamel sauce with thyme and nutmeg. I plan not to eat any because it is so rich and carb laden, but I hope the people who do eat those types of meals love it. I like when someone ask for a recipe after a potluck, so fingers crossed.
QOTD: Brenda Ritter was kidnapped and murdered in 1977. They never solved the case. Many think it was a government official I think the sheriff at the time did it, but no one was ever convicted. The sheriff was arrested on other charges, and he ended up committing suicide in jail. I believe we will never know the truth.

Exercise: Dog walking. Still not feeling the exercise. so only 1 mile with the dog.
Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Your menu sounds amazing especially the homemade meat and veggie sauce as well as your Oktoberfest dish. The Oktoberfest dish sounds exquisite. Can you share the recipe? I am looking for something to make for an OckSoberfest next weekend.

I think that you could revise the recipe a bit to make it more low carb by substituting cauliflower for the potatoes, maybe Xanthium gum for the sauce thickener.
