G'morning all!
QJB, at the cost of repeating myself liquids and rest.
I celebrated our Indian summer too early. Yesterday the air quality took a nose dive, due to Oregon fires, but they say by tomorrow and with winds coming from the ocean it should clear up. Let's hope so because you can smell the smoke in the air.
Was it on Monday everybody was talking about what kind of meat they don't eat? I saw this and thought of all of you tender hearted people.
QOD - NyQuil at night, when they had their stringer formula it would completely knock me out all night long. DayQuil during the day, soup and staying away from people. Good excuse to stay in bed and read all day.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Costco egg bites
- Cold cuts + TJ toscano cheese dusted with cinnamon

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
So sorry you are under the weather. Someone at your cookie class must have passed it to ya. Hope your feeling better soon.
I had a guy come out and talk to me about solar. I think I am going to go for it. I need a new roof anyway and there is and 11,000 tax break or something that will offset the cost. New roof and panels will be around $36,000 -$11,000 from federal government - the electric bill and a check from the state every year for making energy that will add up to about $500 looks like it will be a no brainer. Anybody who has an opinion on why I should not do this please speak now. I just hope I do not regret this.
QOTD: I believe in Mucinex and Sinex and if I am very congested I rub Bio freeze on my chest. Growing up we used to heat up homemade Italian wine and added lemon and sugar and chugged it down. You would sweat like crazy and in about a day you felt better.
Accountability: Still doing good with food but very unmotivated to exercise. I am still doing 2 1/2-mile walks with the dog so I am not doing nothing at all.

Your wine cold remedy reminds me of mulled wine served usually after ski. I guess the goal for both is to warm up the body.
My grandma was big on Vicks vaporub. The second we were sick the big jar would come out and we were rubbed head to toe with it.

Love the smell of Vicks. Some people also use it in the vaporizer.
