What's on your Tuesday Menu?
I've tried new, smaller, running gear. The only thing it accomplished was getting the neighbors to start a petition.

Yay for smaller clothes.
How do you or anyone deal with being in between sizes? My torso is an xl currently. However, my pannus makes it a 2xl. I'm the same respect, I can fit into a 38 waist but my thighs and butt make it a 42. Any suggestions or experience?

Luckily women have the option of a "curvy" fit now which allows for small waist to larger butt and thighs ratio (thank you Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian making this the ideal body for this generation of girls). Not sure what men do except a relaxed jean or baggy fit.

except for those of us women who are built like Sponge Bob Square Pants! My measurements are (or were last time I checked, which was admittedly quite awhile ago) 36-34-38 - so almost a perfect rectangle! (I've put on some weight the last year or two though - I'm a little afraid to re-measure myself!!)

Yes! I always get pants/jeans that are thinner material with some stretch. They make them for men too. Try Old Navy - you can get some good deals if you watch the ads. I always have good luck there. Walmart too, just stay away from thick unforgiving pants/jeans. For shirts, try tall sizes as the extra length may help and can stretch out the bottom for more room if you need.
