A concert and Disneyland are a fun mother daughter time! You are very lucky your DD likes to do things with you. I am also lucky that way. I just love that special time away from the boys with my DD.

It's the best. We have three concerts between now and the end of October. She loves concerts.

Disney tickets are becoming so expensive that the mom is gifting you a huge gift. I even read recently that if you stay at the Disney resort you no longer have early access to the park. Slowly they are chipping at all the perks and just hiking the price. Tell Em to keep that BF as long as possible. ;)

I felt awkward even asking for a possible discount so I was totally shocked when it was even better than that. We are planning to get her an Amazon GC to show our gratitude for her generosity.

I love California Disney and would tag along if I was there. Florida Disneyworld is too spread out and overwhelming for me

Good morning ~ Enjoy that beach day! I don't think we went this summer other than to walk the dogs. Not one 'no dog' relaxing beach day, huh. Well it's CA and I have more time i just need to make it happen. I had a nice long weekend - lots of fun, relaxing and plenty of homework. WFH today, I have an upset stomach and training most of the day anyway. What is the point of going in just to be unavailable? The long awaited Stephen King 'Holly' dropped today!! I have to finish the book I'm reading first, I'm almost done. I'm tempted to wait until for a work trip on the 19th but not sure I can hold out that long.

QOTD - Haha, TB haters. I love him, but to each his own. Other than some annoying tic toc people that I can't get off my feed, I could care less.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I am guessing you will never learn to relax and will always be an over achiever. I cannot say the same. I slacked all weekend, kinda. I did tons of food prep for Sundays Picnic and also for a small picnic at the pool yesterday but as much as I could I was in the pool. I am hoping to close the pool next Sunday so I am done with it till May, but you never know with this crazy weather. I never remember a 90° Labor Day weekend in the past. I bet those tennis players are not happy.

Well yeah to a 4-day work week. Next week will be a 4 day too because of a Friday wedding. I promised to make cookies for the cookie table so I need to get the Pizzelles rolled this week so come wedding day we can get them filled with the cream. I promise plenty of cookie table photos for Shelia. Tonight, I have a guy pitching me to install Solar on my house. Not sure if it is worth it at my age but I thought I would take a look. Any thoughts?

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
