So excited to see Amy today.

My MRI appt went well yesterday. I had never had one so didn't know how it felt in that chamber; it's very loud. Did you guys know they ask about tattoos or permanent makeup? I don't have tattoos but do have permanent eyeliner. The guy said some dark color tattoos have metal in them, but those are mostly homemade tattoos. I was in the chamber for about 20-25 minutes. I pictured myself back in the caves in Belize and for 20 minutes did the caves again. I almost fell asleep, that goes to show that in my head if the 4 of us are together I am the calmest. The guy was so surprised at my calm that jokingly said I should write a review of him on yelp.

QOD - about a week ago, at the supermarket. A mom and daughter. The mom said she loves my style.

My meals yesterday:

• Coffee
• Overnight oats w/berries
• Iced coffee w/PP, epic chicken
• Pulled pork, left over chicken
• E: 5 miles wog

I always just close my eyes, too - then being in the machine doesn't bother me.

I have had one MRI. If I opened my eyes and saw the tube right above me, it was a little claustrophobi****pt my eyes closed and relaxed. Have fun with Amy!

Ooh, they did not ask me about either of those things. It's pretty obvious I don't wear makeup but I do have a tattoo. Fortunately, not the self-imposed kind.

Glad your procedure went well. Earplugs helped for me! Napping probably could have been a thing if I didn't have to keep holding my breath.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Thanks for asking my day is going pretty well. Rolled into work about 1/2 hour late so that should shorten the workday. Awe last week for me was so unstructured even down to what I planned on eating, but it did not lengthen my days at all. Today I have a dentist appointment at lunch time. Should be a fairly easy day.

QOTD: I was given a childs toy from a dear friend while on vacation because she was so proud of how I have changed my life. and continue to follow the rules. She thinks of me as a warrior, so I got this warrior princess toy. It was very nice gesture.

Accountability: Great on exercise bad on Sal****er Taffy!! Even though I did get sugar free I do not think 10 counts as being accountable.

Accountability: Been eating tons of fruit and vegies to avoid the sal****er taffy and Old Bay Carmel popcorn. Only a few slipped in.

Exercise: Dog walking. 3.1-mile run (Done)

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
