Five years - congrats! And thanks for all the wisdom you share. Perspectives appreciated. Though when you said veteran, my brain went on a totally different tangent.

Does it feel like almost yesterday and or a very far away ?
I'm 15 years post op and most people don't remember me as MO person. More or less fit - yes. And for me - like with a real age - seams like not that long since, but then I really remember...
I learned a lot about nutrition, vitamins, minerals, etc... plus a lot about myself and others.
