What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
What's the dry wormy stuff on the burger?
She looks so happy about to dig in.

Good morning, everybody!
QJB, my doctor told me that she has become obsessed with Alabama sorority recruitment Tik Toks.
I went to my two appointments yesterday. And added two new ones. A follow on dermatology procedure that I knew was coming and a sleep study to see if I can lose the CPAP. I consider the in lab sleep study to have been the low point of my WLS experience, so not looking forward to that.
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes:
Run 200
7 calories Exho Bike
10 sit-ups with a 14 pound medicine ball
There was a choice to run 8 25 foot shuttle sprints instead. They thought I was crazy, but I chose the longer run outside even though it was over a hundred. My thought process was that the shuttle sprints would go too quickly and I would end up burning out my abs doing a zillion weighted sit-ups.
It was hot but not a problem. I got about 5 rounds in.
This weekend will be restful: gym, watch a little college football, and maybe help Marilyn weed. We still haven't got her kayak in the water.
QOTD: I do like a good Rhino.
pictures are Western Southern Open and DD at tea.
Lunch: chicken
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

BamaTok is the best. Next time you see your doctor say, "Morgan was robbed" so you sound cool.
crossing my fingers that you are able to get rid of the CPAP machine! Have a nice relaxing weekend. That will be a nice change for you.

Good morning ~ Cute pics! Enjoy your lazy rainy day. I was up for HIIT this morning, but I am not ready for that kind of prime time. It was body weight, not regular weight but 4 modified minutes in and I needed knee recovery. Wow, I don't know what I expected but that was hard on my weak body. I did some knee percussion and 10 minutes of yoga. Simmah down nah, Amy - baby steps! Today I'm working as long as it takes to get an annual report done - possibly all day then I'm off for what is scheduled to be a 24/7 homework weekend, TCB. And a PSL, but just pumpkin cold foam for me on a SF latte - maybe.
QOTD - A wild horse running free in the plains, on an island or North Carolina coast. Dogs are so happy but I would not want to live at the mercy of anyone else, even for a day.
B- coffee x2, iced protein coffee
l - tuna w/mayo and vinegar, celery sticks
d - shrimp tacos w/cilantro and onion on zero carb tortillas
s - persian cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower, yogurt dip, cheese stick
781cal/111g protein
Have FAB friday!
