Welcome to Sunday, Menuers!
CH- yea your sleep was in the fritz. I see you posted at 1:15am. AKA O dark 30! I also been having early morning wakenings. But usually it is 3:30ish am. This morning I managed to fall back asleep until 5am. I am curious about what antibiotics were prescribed to you. I assume you are on a PPI also.
Last evening was the murder mystery thing. I was different than what I expected. You were given basic information about the characters and the death. You basically mingled with the characters and asked them questions. It just wasn't for me. FD and I left early so I don't know who the murderer was. Did some weeding in the garden and got my workout in. Took DD shopping for shorts. She didn't find any shorts but still managed to come home with a haul (shirts mostly) on my dime! My kids are spoiled ?.
Today was a power yoga workout followed by a yoga stretching workout. Some housework and started my packing for our trip back to Montana for mom's memorial service. DD and I leave Tuesday. We are stopping half way to visit a relative, spend the night there so we can do some nature sightseeing with him. Should be nice. DH and DS will leave on Thursday to head to Montana.
QOTD: I can't think of anything that I have that is unusual. DD has some animal bones that she found plus some animal oddities.

Sorry the dinner wasn't for you. I thought that kind of thing was more of a show, like the murder trains. Yours sounds like 20 questions.
I'm glad the family is headed up to remember your mom.
Metronidazole and Ciprofloxacn are what I was given. Don't think I've been on either this year. My PPI was recently switched from omeprazole to pantoprazole by the WLS office. I'm about to make that switch but am having trouble finding enough hours in the day to work in drug and supplement timing.
