I had to make up for the workout I didn't get in yesterday this morning. It was only cardio though. Have you seen the new research that says that it doesn't matter if you get your 175 mins of cardio in over the weekend or over the whole week? At least not for the heart, I do think it matters for my mental health and my consistency!

I did. That's why I try to compensate for the days I skip. But as you said, I prefer them spread out throughout the week.

OK this weekend needs to have a run in it somewhere. I have not run since Tuesday. I got Mom duty, I have a reunion tomorrow, it is the 100th anniversary of our town park and since my family lifeguarded at the pool we are invited to a big BBQ for past employees and free swimming all day. Should be very nice. I have a wedding shower on Sunday. No cooking or baking required this weekend. Yeah!!!!
QOTD: We keep it at 73° but I tend to bump it down to 70° in the evenings when I am there.
Accountability: I had 4 creme filled berry flavored Waffle straws.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Good morning!
Adorable cookies. I need me some giraffes.
I enjoyed the heck out of my Thursday evening. I made greats food choices, not great wine choices. We played slots, people watched and then went to the pool at 10 at night and it was still in the 90's. I just put my feet in, but Roger stood in the middle and we met lots of people and lots of great conversations.
Today is all about the Pageant of the Masters , the travel time and hanging out looking at high end art and jewelry in the sales area. I'm packing a picnic basket for us and landed on a Spanish theme. So I have meats and cheeses and dips and a corn relish. I've got fresh veggies cut for dippers and some relatively good choices for crackers for me. I'm trying a Spanish wine ****tail that uses lemonade as a mixer. Sort of a sangria and I'm thinking I can go heavy on the lemonade for me. I went off the rails a bit with our dessert option so I'll try and limit myself with that I had a fun time finding theme based items at Trader Jose's and I'm looking forward to our adventure.
QoTD daytime I'm good up to about 78 for sleeping I love it to be in the fifties. And no, I won't turn my AC down that far so I just have to struggle if Mother Nature isn't accommodating me.
