What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Most of my life I functioned well on four or five hours of sleep. In the last year, that has gone to eight or ten hours. That is not intentional. I sit down to watch a show or read and wake up an hour or two later. I still get everything done but there is so much less to do now.
Good move getting the hearing checked. Hopefully yours is still fine. The loud music does catch up to some people. Hope for you that is not the case and you can continue to enjoy your concerts.

Good morning ~ 10 hours is great especially with two cats! Mine starts around 4 am and he won't stop until I get out of bed and feed him. How exciting about your plan B career! Possibilities are so fun - enjoy the tour. Yesterday's gym time kicked my ass. I only lasted 4 minutes and 6 seconds on the big stair machine before dying - it 's so much harder than it looks! I could walk up actual stairs for much longer with way less effort without the noodle legs. I have already done some yoga this morning to loosen up and will do more tonight. Today I have deposits, recons and FY end stuff to finish up. I still think it's June for some reason, July keeps freaking me out! Busy day but no meetings or trainee today - yay!
QOTD - Not on Amazon, but Old Navy is 50% off everything right now and I will hit that hard.
Today:
Have a great day!

I'd rather go up regular stairs than those infernal machines. Before Covid, I was at the gym and my trainer put me on one and then got distracted with somebody. When she looked back my look of horror cracked her up. She never put me back on them again.

I have that movie playing in my head now!! I see people on them for a really long time, drenched in sweat - HOW? I had mine on slow which probably made my agony worse.

My sister does that on her cardio days. 45 minutes on that thing. Just shoot me and put me out of my misery.
