Loose skin
I'm just over 10 years out I'm in great shape workout 5 days a week but I'm struggling with loose skin hanging on my arms no matter what I do gravy keeps dragging me down. I'm looking for alternatives to surgery I know arm surgery is not good so I don't want that but I need ideas on how I can fight this issue
I'm sorry to say, but surgery is the only thing that will make the excess skin go away. It just doesn't go away on its own, and no creams, ointments, or anything else will make a difference. After 10 years, it is what it is.
But look at as a great success, after ten years, you've kept a lot of weight off! That's a big win.

For obestity, the best solution is weight loss surgery. The alternatives are hard and they do not work long term. For loose skin, the best solution is plastic surgery. There are stretch sleeves that can contain the loose skin, but they are not comfortable and not permanent. The best way to deal with the loose skin is to bite the bullet and get the surgery. Then you are done worrying about it for life and it is no longer dragging you down.
My favorite quote is, "Weight loss surgery gave me back my health and plastic surgery gave me back my self esteem". Google "flabby arms" to get different sleeve options.
