Sheila, those pictures of you this weekend were FIRE and there is not one oz of fat on your that you should be stressed about. You look fantastic and fit. I hope you can see it and feel proud.
JB, you are so kind, thank you.
I am a work in progress and trying to accept myself. I have a number in my head that seems very elusive and the source of my stress. According to friends, trainer and DH I should just toss the scale and concentrate on my fitness. Baby steps.

I didn't comment earlier because I don't think its my place to tell others what they should weigh, but agree with DH as well.

Good morning! Busy morning coming up for me. Both dogs have vet appointments and Rog and I have optometry appointments. I lost my new prescription glasses in Austin and I'm very much looking forward to getting a new pair on order. Tired of looking through scratches and a tiny chip. And with my new script I'll order some fun new sunglasses on line. QoTD: who wouldn't want to watch my life. See how exciting it is?
I did great with food yesterday until 130 calories of chocolate happened while watching Diplomat. On the flip side, I recorded an epic 117 straight minutes of exercise with my fast walk and chair yoga class, followed by my walk home from class taking the hard, steep option on the way home. My abs still hurt from HIIT on Monday, but my legs are feeling stronger every day.
Bites today:
B: last of the spinach frittata
L: P3 and Quest cheddar cheese and pretzel Whisps
D: making cauliflower thin lasagna with chicken Italian sausage, homemade sauce and zucchini. It won't be Sheila's Mama sauce, but it will do.
Peace Everybody!

I highly recommend the site zeelool for glasses! When you get your prescription ask them to meausre your pupillary distance (it's either a number like 70 (35 each eye) or it's two separate numbers. You can order prescription glasses, thinned, anti-reflective glare, all the extras...for about $100 each. They are awesome.
I got my last 3 pairs of glasses from Payne Glasses and it was the best buying experience for online glasses that I have had yet.

QJB-I missed your post on your low-calorie trend. I am curious as to what inspired this and how long will you be doing it? Good job on getting things crossed off your to do list. When I was in my master program, I stopped getting my nails done. After WLS I started up again (after I was done with my master program). I like having nice looking nails and toes. I make a mess if I try to paint them myself. I also do the acrylics.
Several weeks ago, while lifting I strained my hamstring, and it has been tight ever since. I decided that I would skip my leg (weights) workout this week to rest it. Last night in yoga class I went to do a balance pose (standing stick) and felt a snapping in my hamstring. It was super tight and a bit uncomfortable after, so I had to modify the rest of the class. Maybe a minor tear or strain. I went home to ice and use our TENS unit. Still a bit uncomfortable. I am sitting on an ice pack at my work desk as I type. I am going to yoga tonight; I will just modify poses and stretches on the hamstring.
QOTD: Nope, it would be rather boring.
