I never knew you had a cat. Looks like a male, but I am just guessing. What is its name and age. Does it go for walks on its leash?

The question was current or past pets. His name was Oliver and he died in 2011. He did go on walks on his leash but only until he was done and then there was no budging him and I would have to carry him home.

I had the same experience with cats. But I had one who did not go on a leash but went for walks and walked along like a dog. Of course I stayed on the back roads and still worried that he would run out in traffic. Now I have a nice purple stroller for cat walking, like a proper little old cat lady.

If Rudy has been playing too hard on our walk he will just drop and lay. I have to stand there and wait till he decides to move. He is 45lbs and my arms can't carry him with all my shoulder issues from the past. He mostly does it when he suspects after he gets home, we will be leaving so he makes things difficult. So much last Friday I was to go the horse, my friend's horse was running, and I wanted to bet it and he made sure I missed the race. I was not happy especially because it won.
