I have done some progressive HIIT mostly in group fitness classes, which I hate!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Glad you made it home safe and sound. Back to reality and boy I do prefer vacation to being responsible any day. I had a crappy morning. Been rained on 2x. This dedicated runner made it 1/4-mile until the sky let lose. Then Rudy and I hit the same 1/4-mile mark and it broke loose again. At least I had a raincoat on when I was with Rudy. My day looks busy here at work already, so I need to move along.
QOTD: The 5K I am running next Tuesday. I was hoping to train a little this morning, but God said no. Weather is supposed to be better the rest of the week. Hopefully I can cut about 30 more seconds off my mile.
Accountability: I ate cottage cheese mixed with a grape jelly; they gave us at church on Mother's Day. It was way sugary than I had hoped.
TSS: 5 years 6 month 16 days 162.2 Lowest (129.4)
B: Coffee with SF Coffee mate Twix creamer
MS: Oikos triple Zero salted caramel Greek yogurt and berries w/watermelon
CB: Coffee with SF Twix creamer
L: eggwich and snack select
D: Bunless cheeseburger with caramelized onions
Exercise: Dog walking 1/2-mile Wog. Done
Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
Have a great day my friends.
Brightest Blessings,
Chrissy

You'll do great on your run. I was thinking of you yesterday while doing my wog, and thinking Chrissy would be here yelling at me that I'm going too slow.

You've done a great job starting up again. Restarting after a layoff is really hard to do.

Hey all. We had a great trip, but it's nice to be home. I'm doing "nothing" today, but I'm still on my 6th load of laundry already. It still feels like nothing accomplished.
QOTD: I can't think of anything I'm anxiously waiting for. Or even mildly waiting for. I usually don't suffer from anxiety. I'm more of a carrier.
Though, connected to laundry, ours is in the cellar, and I used to dislike going down and finding the cycle wasn't finished. These newfangled machines are wifi connected, and I get an alert on my phone when it's done. It's a little thing, but it makes minor waiting a little better. And it tracks number of loads each month, and which cycles. I like tracking things and seeing patterns.

A panel raising plane. I'll post some pictures when I get organized. But I wish I weren't so horrible at picture taking.

I definitely need to see a picture because I have no idea what those words mean. I mean, I know A and I know PANEL and I know PLANE but I don't understand how they go together
