On the bottle it says 2 tbsp, and I can never figure out how to measure that. So I do two psss, not long ones but a 2-3 second psss!

I've never tried it, but I was looking at that the other day wondering if was good! On a good day 2 squirts is fine, last night it was more like 10.

Not being pushy and I know as well as you that when you are ready you will be ready. Maybe start out with and early morning walk or an after-dinner walk. It would be a great way to get back out there. That is how I started back. Still cheering for you!!!

well DH got a call a few minutes ago from the guy who lives next door to my MIL. Ambulance was there. And of course I'm supposed to leave on my trip tomorrow. Yikes Well, we'll see what this is - if it's not critical, I'll still go on my trip - I'm sure she'd want me to go. But if it's some life or death thing - well, we'll just wait and see. DH is heading over to the ER in a few minutes. Hopefully it won't be bad news.
otherwise, I'm still prepping - I've started packing but will finish that up today. I haven't done nearly as much research on what to see and do that I'd hoped to, but if I can just do that for Copenhagen (where I'll be first); the rest can wait. I'm traveling by myself, so I can do research on the Swedish cities since I'll be in at night in my (Copenhagen) hotel room.
