So sorry you are struggling. This is way harder than I thought it would be. I hope you find a happy medium. I think that expecting a former SMO person to eat 800 calories and exercise and hour of every day is just ridicules. It is a shame it cannot be easier. I am struggling with you.

there are hormonal imbalances in obese people, too - and a couple of years ago I heard that even gut bacteria is different (in obese people vs non-obese people). The biology that works against us is pretty overwhelming.
