Because the scale is evil.
In all honesty, my trainer tells me to throw away the scale and just concentrate on my fitness, but I'm too scared to do that. I'm worried I'll weight myself 6 months down the road and I have gained 50 lbs.

Every time in my life when I hid the scale, I ended up about seven pounds gain in a month or so. I weigh every day and take action if the scale goes up.

I dont think I could throw away the scale either. What about getting an INBody Scan or Dexa for body fat, lean muscle percentages to supplement the scale?

How about adding more fresh fruit and veggies to the diet. You make a protein pudding which you can add some strawberries, other berries, use apples to scoop with, or adjust the flavor to make it more dip like and use carrot chips (fresh), celery, broccoli, cauliflower, etc as the carrier.

I hear that people who want to adopt foxes because they're cute are told to find out what their pee smells like. My guess is it must be worse than bunnies, but who knows?

Good morning all and Happy Wednesday,

Yesterday would not cooperate. It was a good day, don't get me wrong. However, it was apparent from wake up that the small things wouldn't cooperate. I tried to post yesterday three times. I completed drafts each time and it said processing but didn't post & lost each draft. I decided it wasn't meant to be. Anyways - only pitched a few times. I was always a catcher. Catchers are twice as good as pitchers since they have to throw strikes from 2x distance, 60' vs 127.'

This week is moving along. Bingo got cancelled last night. My friend and I color coordinated our outfits, pulled out our stampers, lined up our trinkets, and gave each other a pep talk. We showed up to the brewery and it was cancelled. Boo. We were forced to share intimate conversation and reminisce over the last 25 years.

QOTD- I have never raised livestock. I did have a girlfriend that wanted a chicken coop in our backyard. It had disaster written all over it.

That's funny. I thought stamper was an autocorrect result. I am now forced to admit that I have no idea what you were talking about.
