What's on your Wednesday Menu?

G'morning all!

QJB - good to hear the knee is doing better, but I still think you should schedule the MRI and get the ball rolling.

I am still struggling with the new program I signed up for. Today is regular macro day and the carb number I'm supposed to hit is 152. Yesterday was low carb day (50) and I didn't even hit that. I looked on their app suggested menu and there is a ton of fruit and smoothies. I have been staying away from smoothies for 6 years but I guess if I want to add carbs that would be a way to do it. I also had an intense HIIT session on elliptical and this morning I am SORE! I just hope all of this helps me towards my goal.

QOTD: nope, just dogs. At one point DD had a bunny, but man their pee stinks.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • Mex cauli rice + ground turkey
  • Protein pudding, Gouda cheese, hb egg, epic chicken
  • Crockpot salsa chicken, roasted corn & pinto beans
  • E: cardio + weight, + 1/2 hr HIIT

Happy hump day!

oh, you reminded me we also had ferrets (love them but their pee is super high amonia-y and reeks) and my sister had hamsters and bunnies.

My brother had ferrets for a while. Hamlet and Ophelia. He had to stick the tops of his boots under the edge of the couch to keep them from trying to tunnel out through the toes.

I know ferrets are not rodents, but they give me the same hibee-jibee feeling.

Ferrets have the most personality of just about any animal. They are so funny! But I totally get the feeling!

We knew anything that went missing, we would find in Gates hiding place...smack in the middle under the king sized bed. They are curious and acquisitive creatures

They are really cute, but I did not know about the smell part. I would not want to deal with that.
