Since early February I haven't deviated. Nothing off plan. A couple of times a week I'll have a small 100 calorie bag of pop chips as a snack if calories are low. I eat a lot of Quest bars, but those are planned and count as a meal, not an "extra." Lots of ham. I usually have a burger if we go out, and it's usually two meals. Lots more ham.
Since I've been back, I've been super on track. It's good to be back.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

QOTD: I joined just after surgery and really helped me during a pretty hard time mentally. They really need an app to get it going again. I love this thread though, although Timezone not always helpful for me!!
Food: my normal, but I did have a vodka and soda last night at a function as I was bored and it was all good. I like a drink but always been an irregular drinker but I'm more wary of empty pointless calories at this point so a nice one off anyway!
Have a great weekend, it's a long weekend here for a hilarious reason, we get a day off for the King's Birthday lol (it's not his real birthday), first time in mine and my parents life it hasn't been called the Queens birthday. I think we all know it's a ridiculous holiday but none of us are going to complain haha
