I should have used that as motivation this morning, but I'm trying to take rest days here and there.

I am inspired by your commitment to exercise, your amazing time management skills (you seem able to find a few extra hours in the day, somehow) and your ability to still have a vibrant social life on top of it all! Life goals!

Good morning all. We've had 4 days of just constant mist and drizzle. I put down some grass seed when it started, on a couple of spots where trees were removed last year. Before now it's been very dry. Every day there are air quality reports because of fires up in Canada.

QOTD: I guess I just prefer a dark room and warm blanket. The yucky usually is pretty temporary.

I took a cue from Lisa's post yesterday and took the extra time to grill my ham. It's like an entirely different food. The cat is a big fan as well.

we've been getting those air quality reports as well here in Wisconsin. It's been awful for asthma (and other respiratory condition) sufferers!

Oh man, you have to be careful with that ham. If you overdose on ham, QJB will be forced to call a ham-bulance. Kidding aside, if this isn't part of your ham rotation, give it a try... Grilled Ham & Gruyere on a croissant. I slice the top and bottom off the croissant and just use those for less carbs.

Do you fancy a specific brand of ham?

When I eat ham, I eat ham. When I eat cheese, I eat cheese. OK, croissants do need butter.

I like the spiral sliced hams for convenience. They're all the same, so whatever is on sale. I am simultaneously the most picky and least picky eater there is.

The Jewels by me still has tons of spiral hams. They can't get rid of them fast enough, even at 99c/lb
