She can kick my ass. I couldn't catch her if a river full of zombies was chasing me.

You are an inspiration! I agree with being goal oriented. The yoga studio is offering a hot summer challenge starting June 1 through August with prizes for completing a BINGO workout card. I love these challenges as they keep me focused. Plus the competition between the other yogis.

You've found your motivation and what works for you. It's amazing to me that you can stay so consistent with everything you're juggling for work and social calendars on top of staying on point with exercise. That's definitely in my five year post-surgery survival plan - be like Jen and find motivation!

Good morning ~ Way to get things done, QJB! I hope today is more of the same. Yesterday was exhausting but good. The new person I'm training comes from another county dept and I have worked with her for years - excellent experience and great fit but it's just a lot. I have so much responsibility and I'm not sure how it's all going to get done, so the best I can do is one day at a time. I got this - there is light way, way down the tunnel.
QOTD - Not at all. I fell into where I am out of necessity years ago. I wanted to be a RD/Nutritionist.
Accountability - great
b- coffee, protein bar
l - turkey taco meat
d - chicken breast
s - beef jerky
e- yoga, stretch
610 cals 87g protein

Just think about how much "free time" you will have when you are not doing two jobs and training on top of it! Isn't it odd though that never really happens, lol?

Free time, lol! What is that? It makes perfect sense why I hibernate all weekend these days!
