Sent a message! And yes, there are measures of both. There's never enough resources to support the needs.

Yes! Made it half the day. I did drop in on my VP today and she mentioned a whole lot more flexibility than I thought existed. I'm touched that they're working so hard to give me grace while healing.

They sound like a great company to work with and must really value you! So awesome for you. Many places seem have tolerance in the beginning when things like this happen then change their tune. It sounds like your company is very empathetic and tolerant.

Is your weight still dropping. I see your weight is at 132. What is your goal? Good job on getting the weightlifting in. We lose so much muscle during the initial weight loss. I love the look of my arms now that I am lifting, my legs also look better. Just need to get rid of the saggy skin from the weight loss. It is funny though, as much as I want to get rid of the skin, I am kind of unwilling to not workout for an extended period of tie, which I assume would be required during the initial post-op period.
Happy to hear your first day back in the office went well.

The amount of weight you lose when you have skin removal balances out the Limited workouts. And when it is over your workouts become more intense. I lost 28 lbs. between skin removal and working out in about 6 months.
HW 299 SW 290 CW 139 GW 140 2/08/2019 OPERATION: Surgical Hernia with excision of total surface area of 55 x 29 cm of abdominal skin.
I am in the maintenance phase. I am not sure how much weight in skin removal would occur. I do have a hanging pannus (not the largest I have ever seen but enough that I can't wear certain clothes) and loose skin on the tummy (hangs down when I do my yoga down dog :-( ). Some on the upper arms and upper thighs. I did sign up for the free plastics evaluation at OH Conference. I am sure I would love the results.

Oh, I didn't see any kind of active link to sign up for that. Could you share where you went? I'd like to hear their feedback.
