What's on your Tuesday Menu?
You should not be running every day, but every other day. In between days swim or weights are optimal.

I don't exercise regularly, but I used to, A lot, and lots if weekends hiking. Some strenuous. I know some movement to burn part of the lactic acid would help. Increase the circulation to clean the inflammation.. Poll would be great, but not a hot tub.

G'morning all!
QJB - very cute picture of the you and Em! OH meet ups in the wild are fun.
Memorial weekend was great fun. First and foremost DD's bday was yesterday, she turned 25. We had a long and fun FaceTime with her. We also went to a beach bbq that is almost mandatory around here, no matter the weather. The sun didn't come out till 5:00 PM!!! But after all these years I know what I am doing so I was dressed appropriately. None of those start off the summer tank tops and shorts. I had long pants, long under layer top and a heavy sweatshirt on. And we brought tons of blankets. The actual bbq and seeing friends was fun and the beach we ended up at, I think due to weather, was almost like a private beach. Tons of pics on Fri.
QOTD: mostly on my phone, I have a reminder app that I have divided into different categories (work, personal, kids, etc).
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Skirt stakes
- Bunch of fruit, some sort of alcoholic drink inside a watermelon (no idea what it was but it was very yummy)
- Fajita
- E: 5 miles wog
Happy Taco Tue!
