What's on your Tuesday Menu?
I follow IF type eating. I aim to drink 60-80 oz (minimum) of liquids during my first 5-6 hours after getting up. No calories or very low calories coffee, tea, water, etc. I start eating around lunch time. at least 14 hrs after my last meal, ideally 16 hrs, but often 20hrs if I'm not hungry, or I'm busy. It really helps with my IBS. And weight loss - maintaining weight. But when i was under weight and tried to eat more- the pain or nausea when I tried to eat too early was a real deterrent.

I should mention parking, if any of you go out to eat in Silver Springs Maryland.
It was one of the weirdest things ever.
Bot Emily and JB and I found this small public parking garage near the restaurant. I was a minor pain getting into, with the car. Harder to get out of. There were these odd corridors that led to rooftop gardens, but we finally got out to the street through a door behind a rock garden. and the door had no doorknob to get back inside. I think this was where Soviet spies parked back in the 1980s.
When we got back after dinner, we couldn't find a way in. It wouldn't let us in through the overhead door the cars go through. The doors we came out of wouldn't let us in, as there was no knob, or key. Emily finally went into a hair salon and asked, and they said "Ask at the Deli around the corner. They know where the entrance is." So we ask at the deli, and he waves us through the back of his store, through the storeroom, through the kitchen, and into the parking garage.
As far as we know, the only entrance is through that deli. Its one of the weirdest things I've ever seen.

That is hilarious! We do have one parking garage downtown where the doors are only out as well but there's one elevator up, and it's not through a hidden back door in a deli.

That does sound like a Seinfeld episode. Remember the one where they couldn't find their car at the mall's parking garage?

That deli should start charging for entry fees to the garage. Now I wanna go there just for the parking situation.

It had to be some sort of front for something illegal and yet there was an app with a QR code to get it, so I'm flummoxed! Makes for a great forever story, though!
