What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Morning Gang! I hope everyone had a great long weekend! Our trip to DC was great! It started with a nice long lunch with DCgirl and then a fun weekend with the cousins :) I'm not as talented as Jim when it comes to a long descriptive blow-by-blow of food and drinks, but there was brisket, wine, and lots of laughs.
We had fun with the cousins, too, and the party was great! I am soooooo tired, though. We didn't get nearly enough sleep, which is not great because I have way too much to do this week. I am not at all sure how I am going to get it all done. Wish me luck!
QOTD: How do you make to-do lists? Do you use an app? Paper? In your head? I either make written lists or use an app called Trello. Trello is great because I can add links or attachments when I am trying to keep track of more complicated things. But today, my list is was hastily written on a word doc last night. Let's gooo!
B: Protein Coffee & Egg Bites
L: Deli Turkey & Cheese
D: Veggie Burger with blue cheese

Good morning and happy Tuesday everyone!
QJB, just tell yourself sleep is over rated and don't focus on how tired you are; it's all mind over sleep deprivation plus a positivite mindset, lol. Good luck with everything you have to get done.
Love that picture of you two, yay for OH real-live meetups!
QOTD - in my head or on paper if really needed.
Today is super busy at work, plus my personal trainer, a patreon discussion and bookclub after work and I want to do some rowing this morning; if I get another 7 miles in, I can start June at 300 miles for the year so a full 50 miles ahead of goal! Of course, now that is the new goal.
menu today is
coffee plus half and half x2
cottage cheese with PB
deli chicken with greek cheese spread on a pita
buffalo cheddar jalapeno sausage
L&F greek
Have a fantastic day everyone!

Good morning QJB and menuers,
That's a great picture! Glad you had a good time minus the sleep bit. That's a lot of driving.
QOTD- Word documents for work and text messages for my personal life.
Today I'll head to the office for as long as I can make it. Need tech support for my computer! Busy week of catch up and I only got through a few hundred emails yesterday due to tech issues. Only one meeting with my boss officially on the calendar but a few more I'll try to make. I'll probably be doing half office days for a while if it's feasible.
I got my flights to the OH conference for September. Excited about that! Everything should be squared away. Looks like I'll be traveling super light, which works for me.
Accountability- I made the most decadent french toast yesterday. Worth it.
Today's menu is more chicken and dumplings to take to work, probably a burger patty there if I make it to lunch, a protein shake, and tons of water both drives. Oh, and protein pudding.
Happy Tuesday everyone!

Allegient! Hence why I'm traveling light. I got a flight for under $300 and picked dollar seats to ensure I have seats. Even having an overhead bag costs money, so I'll be traveling with just a personal item, which I'm totally fine with. Love budget carriers and their nickel and diming. It's cheaper to fly into LAX and Uber down than the flights at John Wayne. Sadly, no room for costumes or much in the way of dress up, I think. :)

Good morning everyone. Glad Grim and yours trip went well!
Not just a whole lot planned for the day. Yesterday was a mixed bag kind of day. The cemeteries were awful and meddy...mosquitos swarmed all three of us. Soooooo bad. We got most of the yard done. I did most of the weed trimming and my mom mowed.. still so wet out there. Yesterday and today we're not supposed to get any rain then for the next 10 days we have a chance of rain. Our local big lake that provides water to 11 pr so cities, including Amarillo, has gone up over a foot total in the matter of 10 days. Lots of flash flooding. I love the rain but could live without as much bugs lol
Hoping they'll call me with a new date for the colonoscopy. My back and legs are really sore from the weeding. They don't make them long enough for us taller folks. We have a small patch that we couldn't mow because it is so so wet.
QOTD: I should make more lists. I usually am a fly by the seat of your pants girls
food is unknown for the day.
Mel
I have never hoped for a colonoscopy appointment. You're tougher than me.

LOL. I just want to get it done. It'll be my second ever but I just want to get past it. I don't think I'm very tough but thank you!
Mel
LOL! "My back and legs are really sore from the weeding. They don't make them long enough for us taller folks." Sounds like you need longer legs and back so you can weed!
