I think you have mentioned lemon bars or lemon cake or lemon loaf tea - all of the above?? Oh I don't know, but I just had a lemon cake flavored Quest bar and it was very good.

Good morning ~ New semester, I hope it flies by for you. My appt yesterday was confusing. I inherited a new gyno as mine left the practice for bariatrics of all things. This new doctor is not a fan of HRT and did not hold back. She said if I really feel I need HRT, she would have to change my dose upping the progesterone and said that it would make me very tired (like I need that), but at least I will be better protected from cancer risk. I wonder if it's even worth the trouble now plus having to go back every 6 months.

Work is a pain. That is all I have to say about that.

Ugh, starting over with a new doc can be so frustrating. Regarding work, I can relate to that comment on most days lately.

I use an OTC progesterone cream I get at the Vitamin shop. Just rub it on the inside of your arm. Maybe try that. It definitely works for me.

I used that for perimenopause.

But my doc insisted on Rx progesterone pills when I was put on Rx estrogen patch. She was even skeptical about Rx subdermal gel/cream. I still use it - the cream/gel when I'm in a highly stressful situation and need to calm down fast, or when I'm having gut issues and I know I wont be able to absorb the pill...
