At 5'2" I am the shortest in my family. My father was 5'9" and my mother 5'5". I have brothers who are over 6 feet tall and most of my sisters are 5'5" to 5'9". I have photos of my great grandparents. One great grandmother was short and plump and one great grandfather was very tall and thin. In my siblings and cousins, I can see strong resemblances passed down through generations.

Good morning and yay Monday. I hope you have a good start to your classes; at least you have a week and then a 3 day weekend!
I am doing site visits this week so posting this from my hotel drinking coffee. I can tell I didn't drink enough water yesterday because I've already had 36 oz this morning. Today is a planned rest day from exercise but depending on what I need to do after work tonight, I might do something in the hotel room.
Qotd - I have a sister and an aunt shorter than I am, everyone else is taller. I am almost 5'5, having gotten almost half an inch taller in my 40's thanks to Pilates!
menu today
coffee plus half and half x 3
cold brew skyr
i never get lunch in these trips so I brought some single serving nuts and some chomps
dinner tbd
l&f Greek (they had Boston cream pie flavor which I can't get at home)
I also saw the Carmel cold brew M&ms when I was buying a magazine at the airport. I haven't tried them yet but maybe tonight.
